You better believe that “When Closings Groove, the Car Seats Move!”
I absolutely LOVE to travel and have found that traveling WITH my kids has actually opened up a whole new way to experience the world. We jump at any opportunity to get out there and leave a travel bag packed for spontaneous trips. Every place we’ve explored together has been an exciting adventure.
Why feature traveling with kids?
Everyone knows that Realtors® don’t just sell houses. They are also therapists, match makers, tour guides, and counselors.
As a Top Producing Real Estate Agent in the country’s largest City, I am in constant contact with folks all around the world. The relationships built from working together often evolve into deeper relationships, where folks tend to ask for direction outside of the Closing table. Whether it be about unique things to do in Jacksonville, fun places to explore with toddlers around the USA, or all things Home Decor/Maintenance/Repair related, I have someone looking for that information.
As a Mom, I’ve found that there is a great lack of informational resources out there for families traveling with small children. That could very well discourage some folks from even trying to get out there. Being that working WITH my kiddos is kind of my shtick, I’d like to make it a point to show that travel with small kids is not only possible, but can also be really fun. Some people may only get to experience certain places and different home styles/decor/etc. through examples like these. Others, are looking to be inspired.

I like to tell the story from a Florida Mom’s perspective because there is SO much more out there than just the Beach (but we do love our Beaches). My favorite experiences have been the “fish out of water” ones like when these Floridians traded in their flip flops for cowboy boots in Texas or in situations involving snow and cold weather we don’t have at home.
We tend to try and stay in vacation rental homes that we can feature (because obviously I love houses), but are not opposed to hotel recommendations.
