Living in a coastal town, it seems as though everyone has at least one fishing pole. Being that we are surrounded by the Ocean, Intracoastal, and River, multiple fishing rods are not an uncommon sight in garages during showings.

Ditch the Dining Room and Opt for Office?

How many times do you eat in your formal dining room? Every night? Every Sunday? Every….Christmas or Thanksgiving?

At my Mumsie’s house, nearly every family meal is eaten in her dining room (aside from her bacon and iced tea breakfast).

On the flip side, I can honestly count on one hand the times we’ve sat at our table. I even set it for Christmas last year and everyone still congregated in the family room instead.

Diaper in the Washing Machine

Getting ready for a Closing the other day,  I thought I’d be proactive and get some laundry going before it was time to leave. I grabbed the baby’s hamper, tossed everything in the washer without hesitation and went about my merry way.
